Zak Whitbread will be looking for a new team this summer with Norwich City releasing the 28-year-old centerback on Thursday.
Whitbread, who appeared in 21 games this season across all competitions, has been hammered by the injury bug for most of his career and it looks like the Canaries have decided to go in a different direction.
Whitbread made the move from Millwall to Norwich City in 2009-10 and helped Norwich get promoted from League One to the Premier League in back-to-back seasons while starting in 43 games.

well, he hasnt figured into the MNT yet, hopefully he lands in a spot that will continue to get him some visibiity
I could see LA or Vancouver make a move for him from MLS. I could also see Bolton make a move for him as well.
MLS is way too much of a drop from an EPL team. He could also go to a different country’s top flight, most players do that.
Zak pulled his hamstring packing up his locker.
Going for the Netherlands, the Championship, or Celtic in the SPL would be good moves.
NYRB.
NYRB? NO!!! Stay in a good league!
