Two tweets from the weekend worth acknowledging.
1) The first comes from agent Richard Motzkin.
For those asking, my client @EdsonBuddle will be on trial this week at Everton FC.
We know that Buddle has been trying to make a move to England over the last couple weeks, with rumors of West Ham being mentioned last week, but maybe he is trying to get that LA connection going with Donovan during his trial.
2) This one comes from last night’s U-23 training session (via Scott French).
Gatt pops ankle in U23 training, severity unknown. Tried to return to the field, then pulled himself off. No-contact, turning for the ball.
No need to go into total freak out mode since we don’t know the severity, but hopefully this is nothing major.

That sucks for Gatt. He just returned from a hamstring injury. Hopefully it’s just a sprain. Good thing this U-23 team has depth at winger.
Hopefully “pop” actually means “roll” or “sprain”.
