Bayer Leverkusen vs. Dynamo Dresden Highlights

David Yelldell made his debut with Bayer Leverkusen today in the DFB Pokal.  Bayer Leverkusen jumped out to a 3-0 lead, but somehow lost the game 4-3 in extra time.  Here are some highlights from the match.

    Well it was fun while it lasted. Thanks for coming out David Yelldell.

    He put himself in bad position on the first two goals. He was stuck in “should I come out or not” land.

    On the third goal, he thought the guy sliding in was going to hit it, so he stayed back waiting to block the shot. The guy sliding missed it, so it trickled by him.

    David Yelldell just lost ALL of his Bundesliga and USMNT momentum…he’s done, the manager looked FURIOUS

    Yeah, the third goal was a bit unfortunate in that regard as he was decently positioned but the first two he had definite culpability.

    If you blow a 3-0 lead in the last 25 minutes against a 2nd division team, you can’t complain about being benched.
