Some quick links for Tuesday
June 3, 2014 (12:02 AM) by Matt Benson     Email This Post Email This Post

I will keep these short and to the point.

Here are highlights and photos from Sunday’s 2-1 win by the USMNT.

Don’t forget to join our league on MLS’s Brazil Bracket Challenge.

Germany made their final cuts, so here is their 23-man roster.

Michael Bradley did a photo shoot with GQ magazine.

Aron Johannsson wants to lead the Dutch Eredivisie in goals next season.

Herculez Gomez is leaving Tijuana for Tigres.

It doesn’t look like Jermaine Jones will be returning to Besiktas.

It appears that Juan Agudelo is nearing a move to Hannover 96.

Timothy Chandler should be signing with Eintracht Frankfurt in the next week or so.

Greg Seltzer is hearing that Red Bull Salzburg are possibly interested in Terrence Boyd.  If Boyd stays at Rapid Vienna, here is his away kit for next season.

Speaking of new uniforms, Aston Villa have a new home kit video, which has Brad Guzan in his new green goalkeeper kit.

In case you missed the pre-game show on Sunday, here is Julie Foudy’s interview/story on Julian Green.  FIFA also has a short video on Green up on their Youtube channel.

And finally, SI finished their Top 10 Most Significant Goals in US Soccer History yesterday with Paul Caligiuri’s “The Shot Heard ‘Round The World” as No. 1.

  1. Trent Hill says:

I’d say Jones to MLS, but he doesn’t speak any English? Maybe a move back to Germany is on the cards.

Boyd to RB Salzburg? Yes please.
