Brek Shea made his Barnsley debut yesterday, going 75 minutes in a 1-1 draw.  Here are some highlights from the game.  It looks like he was pretty active in the game.

Outside of the free kick it appears Shea was the sole creator for Barnsley in what appeared to be a left/center left free role. Even from those highlights I have no idea how he can’t make a very bad Stoke team. I’m assuming it’s because of his “winning” personality on and off the pitch.

One thin is for certain, with goalkeeping that “good” it’s no wonder Barnsley are at the bottom.

I just hope he can keep it up for the few games he’s there for because Birmingham are far from the top of the table also.

  3. William says:

He did have 7 turnovers, so he’ll need to get that cleaned up. That said he is dangerous…just needs to become more consistent.
