Howie’s Pick – Duane Holmes (Huddersfield Town – English League Championship)

Duane Holmes made his debut for Huddersfield Town and had an assist and another pass that set up a penalty (missed, alas) in a 1-1 draw with Blackpool (highlights).

Matt’s Pick – Kevin Hoyos (Victoria – Honduran Liga Nacional)

Kevin Hoyos continues his scoring tear down in Honduras, scoring two goals, including a pretty amazing bicycle kick for the game-winner on Sunday (highlights).

Matt likes soccer. He likes sleeping in. He is also amused easily. That is pretty much it.

Johannsson is clearly my player of the week. The dude scored 4 goals last week.

  2. Trent Hill says:

Yeah, Johannsson. Holmes and Hoyos did great…but AJ is the choice.

  3. jaimefana says:

I have to echo the same thing.. AJ is the man right now..

  4. Jerry says:

Guzan is clearly my player of the week, kept Villa in the game against Manchester City, and then set up the game winning dagger.
