Three guys in action on Tuesday, including a loss by Michael Bradley and Roma to his former club which could hurt their Europa League hopes.

Michael Bradley (Roma – Italian Serie A) – Michael came off the bench and played 12 minutes in Roma’s 1-0 loss to Chievo.

Patrick Hopkins (Ljungskile SK – Swedish Superettan) – Patrick got the start and went the full 90 minutes in Ljungskile SK’s 3-0 victory over Landskrona.

Jared Jeffrey (Mainz II – German Regionalliga) – Jared got the start and went the full 90 minutes in Mainz II’s 1-0 victory over Bayern Alzenau.

  1. Kyle says:

How can Roma start a match with Bradley and Lamela on the bench? I’m lazy. can someone pull up Roma’s record this year when Bradley does/does not start?

  2. Matt says:

In league play, Roma is 11-7-4 (1.68 points per game) when Bradley starts and 6-5-3 (1.50 points per game) when he does not start.

  3. Kyle says:

Not a huge difference. But the stats speak for themselves. Miralem pjanic should not get the nod over either of those guys.
