Herculez Gomez heard Jozy Altidore had two goals and an assist earlier this week and decided to do the same in the first 24 minutes tonight.  Santos Laguna ended up winning 3-1.  Here are his goals and his assist.

   Lots of goalscoring from Americans this week. Im hoping to see Jozy, Bradley, Boyd, O’Brien, Kljestan, etc add to the total. Already there’s been 4 goals and 2 assists (from Herc and Jozy–anymore?) from only two players.
