   What are the rules about players swing there hands at the ball but not touching it? Clearly it was done to distract Howard…it worked…as well as the boxing out the keeper.

   Howard has no 1 but himself to blame for that goal. if you going to leap out to punch it you better punch it clear. yeah there was a lot of knocking around in the box, but he left himself out of position

   Howard wasn’t going to defend that had he stayed on his line. He was screwed and had no path to the ball.
