Maurice Edu has been loaned to Bursaspor
   January 17, 2013 (7:27 AM) by Howie

Edu potentially moving to Turkey had been rumored during the Rangers crisis last summer and had been reported in recent days as Edu was a non-factor for Stoke City. Now it’s official: Edu has been loaned to Bursaspor. He’s undergoing a medical this morning.

You might recall Bursaspor as a club that Jozy Altidore was loaned to in the latter part of the 2010-11 season. The Green Crocodiles are also constructing the most awesome stadium in history.

Bursa, located about three hours from Istanbul on the Sea of Marmara, is Turkey’s 4th-largest city and is known as a center of the Turkish automotive industry.

***UPDATE***

Here is video of Edu at the club.
